Leanann an bealach seo cosáin ghairbhéil agus phortaigh ar fánaí íochtaracha Shliabh an Bholbain. Ar scáth an ghleanna, tá ballóga de chlachán le feiceáil a théann níos faide siar ná am an ghorta mhóir. Lena chois sin, tá iarsmaí de ghréasán páirceanna ann a bhaineann le nósanna traidisiúnta na feirmeoireachta fadó. Tá radharcanna áille den taobh tíre máguaird le feiceáil ar an chosán fosta.
Pointí inspéise: clachan, patrúin feirmeoireachta traidisiúnta, cros ar mhullach Shliabh an Bholbain (a cuireadh suas i 1933), radharcanna lánléargais.

The route follows mostly gravel tracks and a short section of open bog on the lower slopes of Bulbin Mountain. The route follows a sheltered valley in which can be seen the remains of a pre-famine clachan and nearby remnants of field patterns from traditional farming practices. The trail offers exceptional views of the surrounding countryside.
Point(s) of Interest: Clachan, Traditional Field Patterns, Bulbin's summit cross (erected in 1933), Panoramic Views
