Walking

Whether you're new to walking or have been logging steps for a while now, we all know that physical activity is  good for us but 1 in 5 Irish adults do not get the recommended daily amount. All adults need to accumulate at least 30 minutes a day of moderate activity on  five days a week (or 150 minutes a week).

You don’t have to be an ‘expert’ to go walking. It appeals to people of all ages and from all walks of life. Simply put, walking is one of the oldest and most natural form of physical activity that costs you nothing, can be done at anytime and  almost anywhere.
