Focusing on innovation leadership, this two-day, in-person innovation leadership masterclass touches on the tactical side of innovation (idea generation and value realisation) but primarily focuses on developing a solid and practical understanding of innovation strategy and leadership. This two-day masterclass, which is fully aligned to international best practice, moves innovation from a fun activity to a core business function–ensuring it is aligned to and supportive of the wider organisation vision and objectives.
