Cycling Ireland is excited to offer a free eight-week Online Training Programme for new cyclists, during Your Personal Best Month designed by experienced coach Jamie Blanchfield.
The 8-week Online Training Programme is free to download via the TrainingPeaks platform and is tailored to suit people of varying abilities – including beginners.
The programme is designed to gradually build your fitness, skills and confidence on the bike and includes a 25km milestone after four weeks.

All exercises on the Your Personal Best section of the Sport Ireland website are intended for people of all fitness levels. However, if it has been a while since you’ve exercised or you have any concerns about your health please seek medical advice before starting a new exercise routine.
