Performance Kitchen

The Performance Kitchen at Sport Ireland Institute was developed to bring the ‘Food First’ ethos of nutrition to life within the Institute. It is a modern working kitchen with space for individuals, squads and the High-Performance Community to fuel, recover, snack and socialise in during a typical training day. It can cater for workshops, education sessions or individuals to prepare their own meals. It also has a full wall dedicated to nutritional education which changes throughout the year.
