Kilmoylan Nature Walk

The walk starts in the village at the local community centre where there is car parking available. It is approximately 4.5km loop walk. There is a map of the walk in the carpark. On a clockwise loop, the initial part is along a footpath out of the village to a pedestrian crossing. The next stage is along a maintained gravel path with farmland either side, with a variety of hedges and trees followed by a section of Forestry. You have to cross a bridge over the local river and there is seating at this point, which is approximately half way. Follow the path until you meet the public road again at the other side of the village. You have a footpath back to the carpark. It is a level walk, therefore suitable for people of different fitness levels.
