Beautiful views across the moorland beneath Muckish are followed by the haunting reflections on a sombre loch, ending finally with a coastal panorama with Tory Island in the far distance. This was a flat easy walk on a gravelled surface across some superb countryside. Well worth doing. The access points require a car. There are plans to upgrade the walk surface, signage and parking areas which may take away from the romantic remoteness of the walk but will allow it's stark beauty to be shared by more.

Lovely easy trail wirh great views. It was very wet in places after all the rain we had lately. There are sheep roaming on and around the trail and signs saying no dogs allowed along the trail.
