Re-accreditation

Service providers applying for re-accreditation will be required to show that they have:  

Continued to work as a service provider in the field of sports performance, throughout the last 5 years.

Maintained and advanced their level of knowledge in all appropriate areas, through CPD and 

• kept an up to date and accurate record of all relevant CPD
• demonstrated that CPD activities are a mixture of learning activities that are relevant to current or future practice (see attached examples)
• ensured that the CPD has contributed to the quality of their practice and service delivery

Once the accreditation is more than 1 year expired the individual will be required to reapply though the initial accreditation application process.
