Sport Ireland Social Media
Every day Sport Ireland social media will be updated with information and advice on how to stay active and healthy during Covid-19. There will be links to high quality content and work from National Governing Bodies of Sport and Local Sports Partnerships as well as news and information on all things sport.
Hockey Ireland - Skills
Bored at home? Why not grab your hockey stick and practice some skills with the Hockey Ireland #HockeySkillsChallenge. A new skill will be shared each day and you are encourged to share your video with them.

Basketball Ireland have started a 28 day challenge for players home from school or college & missing basketball. The daily skills challenge is a great time to sharpen up your skills from home - all you need is a ball & a net.

Pools may be shut at the moment but Swim Ireland have put together a guide to staying fit and healthy during Covid-19. The guide includes information on nutrition, cardio and strength training

Special Olympics Ireland - #FitnessFromHome
Each day for the coming weeks Special Olympics Ireland are releasing exercises for their athletes. The inclusive exercises will focus on endurance, strength, flexibility and balance. Everyone in the family is encouraged to take part in the daily challenges.
Age & Opportunity - Movement Minutes for Older People
Age & Opportunity have created a series of live 15 minute seated physical activity session for older adults. The sessions are live on Age & Opportunity Facebook page on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays. The videos are also available on their website

The network of Local Sports Partnerships (LSPs) are working non stop to continue their work of increasing sport and physical activity in their local communities. Through live workouts, skills challenges and regular social media content LSP staff are ensuring that the community spirit is alive and active throughout the current restrictions. DLR Sports Partnership has created 4 challenges for you and your family to stay active together. The challenges suit all ages and abilities and can be done at home with the whole family.

South Dublin County Sports Partnership
SDCSP host Facebook Live workouts every day at 12.15pm. The sessions are led by a different instructor each day and include dance, home workouts, little athletics and pilates.
