Alan O'Hare

Alan O' Hare is a highly qualified business professional with extensive experience in strategic & operational management across a range of areas including HR & Talent Management, Organisational Development & Learning. Over the past decade, he has successfully combined a managerial role with that of an Executive Trainer, Coach and Organisational Development Consultant. This has enabled and facilitated the development of a large number of employees and teams in more than one hundred workplace organisations across the Irish sports sector. He has a significant track record in successfully coaching employees at all levels in sporting organisations, from administrative and development officers to senior managers, directors and chief executives. In an addition, he has trained hundreds of sport and not for profit sector employees in a number of business and soft skills areas including conflict management, leadership, negotiation, influencing, performance management, coaching, mentoring skills and more.

He holds an array of educational qualifications including a Certificate in Mediation, a Diploma in Executive Coaching, an MA Master's Degree in HRM and Industrial Relations, a Certificate in Personnel Practice and a BA Degree in Marketing. In addition, he is accredited in a number of psychometric assessment tools including Strengthscope 360, Strengthscope Team, Strengthscope Leader, Myers Briggs Step 1 and Belbin Team Roles. He is member of the CIPD and IITD.

Maria Lynch

Maria's background is in Business and Marketing with more than 20 years combined commercial, coaching, mentoring and training experience. Maria worked in Marketing for FMCG multinationals in Ireland and internationally including Inbev, Nestle and Unilever as Senior and Global Brand Manager. In 2007 she embarked on a career transition to start her own business: MJL- Motivated Joyful Living- to dedicate herself to training and self-development for corporate and individual clients- working as an Executive & Confidence coach, trainer, motivational speaker and workshops and group facilitator. She is a Licensed HeartMath coach, NLP and EFT/TAT Master practitioner; Strengthscope™ accredited partner and a qualified Image Consultant. As a professional trainer Maria holds an IITD certificate in Training & Development (Distinction) and holds a BA in Business and Marketing from Universidad Adolfo Ibanez in Chile, South America.
She has extensive experience delivering one to one coaching, group facilitation and training programmes in Personal Development and Essential Business Management Skills to a broad spectrum of clients in the Sports sector through The Irish Sports Council and National Governing Bodies. Besides the Sporting organisations; Maria has coached executives from diverse industry sectors at all levels in the organisation including senior executives in commercial and the not-for-profit sector. Examples include Coca Cola, KMPG, HSE, CRC, Barnardos, Cadbury's, Aer Lingus, and UCD.

Nadine McCarthy

Nadine McCarthy is the Founder and Director of Be the Best You Can Be, an organisation passionate about High Performance and Leadership Development. In more than eighteen years of practice, Nadine has provided coaching, consulting and training to hundreds of coaches and clients; from well-known professionals, and sporting teams to CEO's and Boards. Nadine enables clients to be the best they can be through developing specific inner performance capacities to create optimum results in Thought, Energy and Action. In Coaching Programmes, this is facilitated through techniques such as attention training, mindfulness, NLP, meditation, stress management, emotional intelligence and leadership embodiment practices, in order to enhance mental and emotional performance.
