This half day workshop will demystify Boards members' roles and responsibilities and give you tools to enhance your contribution and the effectiveness of your Board. It outlines the purpose of the Board in relation to governance, strategy and management. Please note all attendees must have attended and successfully completed the PRINCE2 Foundation course before attending the Practitioner course.
